I don’t know if its strictly a ‘talent’, but I am a teacher when not agency working.If you’re a good teacher then I’d say hell yes it is a talent, and arguably one of the most important jobs around.

I used to be a semi-pro bellydancer and no, I’m not posting a pic. Was pretty good at it, bit too old and wide now 
It happens to a lot of us, mate.

Hi, Vern. Nanyo is a bass collection, thought I recognise it, mines an original '80’s.Japanese SB301 not one of the newer ones, very light, changed strings few times till I got if sounding quite melodic…very light, beautiful neck and cracking pick-ups…ironically, I advertised it last week, the band I played with ( mostly covers, country rock,) packed up last year, so time to move on…
I never knew that. I know bugger all about it to be honest. It’s getting on a bit though, I think it may be at least 15 years old.

It’s probably a Japanese original then, if it’s a pro active its marked Nanyo on the baclk where you put the battery in…Several bass players in professional bands use them, and in various countries they’re sought after, not sure about the UK, best part is its half the weight of my old Yamaha…and when you’re knocking on a bit 
…anyways, .worth hanging on to…
