so why not pull into one of the many laybys? why not put your foot down or turn off? you would have just come off the dual carriageway by the big mill place and if you had vehicles in front of you i cant see even the stupidest driver flashing and tailgating you without something having been done wrong in the first place!

  1. if a truck is up your ■■■ and you’re in a car you’re going too slow (speed up or let him pass)

  2. if you can’t speed up or let him pass increase the gap between you and the vehicle in front so you have more time to react if anything happens (highway code)

If I was in this situation I would be thinking along the lines of mechanical failure (maybe brakes) and the driver was flashing a warning if I had my kids in the car I would be out of the way pronto no point being a hero :smiley:
