That pic (and some others that have been posted recently) are computer generated designs. They’re like the Trucknet equivalent of cartoon drawings of people. You can find plenty of other examples on the internet.
New year project for someone, needs a few parts to get her up and running but should not be a problem for an enthusiast. Buzzer
