lankyphil:
Idle time for the to be under a certain amount, think its 4 or 5 mins.
No harsh braking (Dropping I think about 10mph in less than 2 seconds or something).
Revs under the top of the green band for 95% of the day.
Cruise control engaged for 90 or 95% of the day.
All in all, pretty easy to do unless you rag it everywhere tbh
This is what happens when they use the cruise control 90 or 95% of the time
That pic of the Stobart Drawbar in the grass looks like it was taken on the move from the driver’s seat. To be fair the last bloke is blowing a raspberry whilst giving the finger a bit like Clyde the orangutan
Very good photos there irish lorries. Wonder if you have any photos of all the “irish lorries” stuck under the Dunragit Bridge? Or is that ok driving? Bunch of knob jockeys who hit the bridge on an almost weekly basis. Word is Norfolk line are running short of super cube trailers. There was even an irish car transporter having to reverse from the bridge last week, and I was under the illusion that car transporter drivers were the highest trained and most experienced drivers on the road (according to trucknet).
Ross v stobart:
Oh deary deary me.
Another Stobarts crash.
Almost a daily occurrence.
I’ve heard it all before.
Maybe it was a steering fault.
Maybee the drivers seat collapsed.
Or did the chassis collapse.
What could be the reason for all these crashes.
Or is it fatigue from overwork.
Ross v Eddie Stobart was a case lasting 4 years and was about how this haulage operator is as bent as Uri gellas t spoon.
Work time evasion.
A criminally offence.
Stobarts are the leaders in evasion.
Unfortunately crashes and fatalities are just a side effect of evasion.
Half of the industry is at it.
Just like thieves
Grabbing what they can before it changes (if)
Ive said this before.
Hgv drivers are muppets and dont have a clue.
Check out my
Lets close stobart down on twitter.
Ross v stobart

Bye bye old school your days arr numbered.

Is anyone else reminded of E. J. Thribbs’ “Poetry Corner” in Private Eye?

I am not saying they are bad drivers a lot of them are very good at what they do. I am saying this would happen if they had
The cause control on 95% of the time and more english drivers get stuck under bridges than irish drivers so think before you call the irish careless drivers and car transporter drivers are the most experienced drivers
Sorry haven’t pm you ,don’t think it’s possible when on moderation,in answer too your question I believe I nowwork for esl( part that d/bay have funded) ,w.stobart runs.
Yet I’ve received a letter today( thurs ) on stobart group headed paperwork detailing the new pay rise : .
Says it’s only for ambient, fresh and rail drivers .
I’m assuming then you,bio- mass stay with stobart group
Lot of theory’s about what going on,time will tell.

Me too ^^^ regarding the rise with a bit of luck it’ll be a long drawn out process for many months and we’ll get a nice bit of back pay for the summer holidays.
