Sounds to me like it’s just another downward “twist of the screw” by firms like “fast eddie”,cut out the parsitic Agencies and reduce costs (and rates) further by creating a list of mug drivers on zero hour contracts.I’m suprised the likes of the “fast eddie” hasn’t come up with this “wheeze” a while ago.Tesco must be twisting his tail on rates I think so zero hours contracts will enale a few more % to be cut of the rates
