IMO there isn’t a shortage of drivers in all types of work, otherwise I’d still be in the industry…

However the money I quoted includes night out money. It’s really not great at stobart auto. As I already said some do but not many at all earn more.
Other firms in the industry pay 100-200 per week more. Stobart seem to think they can just train newcomers continuously , however their damage rate is frankly ridiculous and they are losing work month on month.
Still I would say to anyone who wants to try their hand to give it a go , get your training and experience and jump ship to a better paid outfit.
