well its my last day before my test and the only thing thats gettin me now is when am getting into the right hand lane on a roundabout the last little bit am cutting into the left lane abit, it might only be over half of a white line but been told can still fail for doing it, ive got the speed right if not slightly on the slow side on the roundabouts but guess better to be bit slow than too fast.
might just see when i can have a retest today when i get there to be ready incase
Don’t worry about retest at mo ur just having a few last minute nerves just take it easy today and try and do 1 hour without any mistakes coz that’s all u need to pass 
I’m sure it will all be there tomorrow just have faith in yourself u know you can do it

am not too fused about getting a few minors its just what sort of things are a instant fail?
thats wot am realy worried about.
all you have to do is give a safe drive , just take it easy and plan ahead and you shouldnt get too many surprises thats the key antisipate every other driver to do something stupid and be prepared for it if they do !

That sort of works for me but normally I start off nervous then part way through I think I have done something daft then have in my own head I have failed but by the time get back have passed well apart from my CE where I messed the reverse up totally

Dont worry to much about that as I did for my Cat C & CE he was supposed to be doing my Ce this fri but had a heart attack instead & Linda is taking someone else ( who I happen to know ) & yep she can be just as hard

i just wish it wasent me lol id like someone whos last day it is tomor before he retires and wants to get it done with quick so just passes me lol
Sorry but dont work that way & tbh the senior examiner that took me is really nice makes you feel very relaxed is very fair when it comes to things
i know shame though lol

I presume you’re going to Sheffield for test in which case you’re probably talking about Richard Senior. Nothing bad about him at all. Drive the truck properly and you’ll pass, screw up and you may not.

suppose its just down to the day, they had sumone fail there c+e last friday, never made a mistake all week then on test cliped curb coming back into test center street
i hope i do pass, but if i keep tellin myself am going to fail i wont be as stressed

If you get your speed right down, it should give you plenty of time to ensure you are in the correct postion for the roundabout. Dont forgett to use both mirrors . you should be able to see the lane marking on your left in mirror .
Correct approach speed makes it much easier.
Don"t worry to much about the test. If you give the examiner a good safe drive. And drive how you have been instructed you will pass.

today went alot better, dident know till we got back but he was marking me as it was a test for the whole lesson and i ended up with 17 minors in a 4hour drive so fingers crossed i should pull it off and pass but not going to be confident till end
well i had richard for my test so that caused quite abit more nerves abit but though oh well just get on with it and see what happens so got reverse bang on with no shunts so that was good then off out on roads which only seemed like 15mins it went that fast but got back to test center and was told i had passed with only 5minors 
i even managed to shake his hand which shocked all other instuctors so that was quite funny,
all booked in for my c+e now on 10th july so no doubt nerves will be back again then but least i have done one now
