on annual test, out of 2 yearly is an advisory, out of 6 yearly is fail
It is the Police job to check ADR loads, it is to do with the terrorism act`s that the government brought in, think about a driver let lose with a fuel tanker or chemical tanker, a mobile bomb, just because you are a white caucasion, how would they know what your intentions are?
