They’re not superfluous though are they? They denote the shortened form. i.e. Had not to hadn’t.

Well yes and no Winseer. I was just showing what the signs should have looked like.

I guess that because I quoted Santa’s comment I should have added “in arabic” in arabic as he was referring to the instructions given to the gaumless sign writer.
