Im not saying this is what you should do but i know a number of folk who have just ignored fines and its never been followed up.
The same goes for parking tickets.
The problem is if it is followed up it eventually becomes ‘failure to give information’ which is 6 points and an MS90 endorsement, which insurers don’t like. Parking tickets from private parking companies can be ignored though.
don’t be suprised if you get a 2nd letter through the post for a driver conduct hearing! You will need to explain to the Tc as a professional driver why you were speeding. Oh and tc’s love custard creams! Lol

You can do the course anywhere you want so long as there is room on the course (locals come first). It’s the cost that varies, £60 to £160 depending on the county. They are NOT Police run but if you fail to attend then you go to court

just been flashed by camera at a141 warboys has truck sensor on it was doing 47 lost on downward slope had cruise control on 3am in morning. I drive at 43 on a roads and 54 on dual so much for it being fair.
The limits are 40 on singles, 50 on duals and 60 on motorways, try stickin’ to the limits?
Considering we’re supposed to be professionals, there seems to be a lot that think it’s ok to speed in trucks - or at least unfair when they get done.
I’m paid to go to work, 1 speeding ticket = £60, 1 days wages = 85 - tax, insurance, dinners and fuel… hmm, sod that speeding lark, I’d rather keep my hard earned.
I’m not saying I’m an angel, I’ve exceeded the limit in my car, on my bike - even on a push bike once or twice - but in works time where if it takes longer I earn more■■? NAH
