Hi all, heres one of John Raymonds many Dafs pictured near Lockerbie on the old A74 driven by my mate Mike Howells…
Hi Andrew here’s a road test you will like
hi tony,
excellent thank you.the only thing absent was “the cap’s” wire bristle sweeping brush on the bottom bunk.
regards andrew
No problem .Bet the 1748 could still give all the new modern trucks a run. Tony
trucknet member ec14 supplied me with this picture of how his ec14 (getting confusing now )that we recentley painted blue and red once looked.
last july my mate philip petreyans from belgium invited me to attend the lar truck festival near the french/belgian border.myself and les boon caught the boat from ramsgate to ostende and after a very agreeable night out in phil’s hometown of merelbeke we went to the truckwash at anzeegem before getting to the show,if this show is anything to go by then the foreign shows are far more friendly than the uk “live promotions” truckfest events, where in my experience the dayglow hitlers seem to think they are doing you the biggest favour whilst they marshall you into “their showground”?after a wonderful time at the lar,it was time to leave,we returned to dover via dunkerque.it was a brilliiant weekend and i am really looking forward to this years lar truckfetival on july 3rd and 4th.
phil’s scania, which replaced a volvo fh16 660,i posted a photo of that truck several pages back.
parked up at the lar.
10 p.m. sunday night @ dover.

Hi Andrew,
Great pics once again, got to admire you blokes, you must spend many hours getting those trucks up to the show standard, also maintaining them to keep them tip top must involve a hell of a lot of hard work.
Cheers Dave.
