Afternoon Tony i would be very grateful to see them photos you have.
I was born in Jan 68 but remember meeting Bill Anstie later in the 70,s with my late dad.In his old brief case he had Margam branch on his id for a while. If my hunch is right you called in the yard some mornings with a foden BOC tanker.
Another LDOY for Alan[victor the pole and Mervyn Bator,s motor]

When I first looked at that pic, I thought the Scania was kitted out for ME work as it looks like its got a rack and an air con unit on the cab roof
Should of added that the lorry next to it is from my neck of the woods, Bowyers from Trowbridge.
Not sure what the unit is though, is it an F 86 ?
the m4 at port talbot between town and velindre notice no H&S men climbing ladders proper workers then

Hi buzzer,my missus won’t mind as my life insurance is up to date
Hi Andrew. Looks as if your 1853 is in the hands of Paul O’Callaghan. I just read his article on his friends R560 with 800hp.
Hopefully Convoy Cymru goes ahead and will be a success in October.
Regards Paul
