I am new here and I am hoping someone might be able to help me find out more about a haulage company my father worked for in the 1950’s/60’s in Cardiff.
I believe the company was named Nesbitts or possibly Nesberts and my father was a driver for them. I lost contact with my father in the early 1960’s when my parents divorced and I am trying to piece together some info on my father.
Does anyone remember the Nesbitts/Nesberts company, where they were based and what type of haulage they did??
Also maybe someone remembers the names of some of the drivers from 1956 to 1965-ish??
I would be very grateful for any info you knowledgeable people can give me.
Thankyou,
Dave.

If the Scania 80 series had been mentioned in the post above that would
have ruined my day and I might have hibernated until 2015.

Erf’s I liked to work on would be my perfect job looking after a fleet of erf’s just mist them only had the pleasure of ec11 top trucks always something to fix on them
