South Wales Hauliers sixties and seventies onwards (Part 1)

Heres a couple of pictures RWard has unearthed that he’s passed to me for scanning and posting on here.
Neil.

Mid 1980’s and Rowly is seen enjoying the comforts of a hired in F10.

Good to see you in a Volvo rowly, instead one of those Swedish bedford’s aka scania

He didn’t stop there Andrew, I have the evidence of Rowly, this time around 1993 going German.

Here he is about to take to the wheel of his beloved Merc for a pleasurable days work.
Neil.

Hi lads,
In your defence rowly I didn’t realise catnic had v6 1834’s.they were a gutless piece of crap,as they say north of Carlisle " it woulna pull your grannie off the ■■■■ pot". the f10 was class.
Regards Andrew

Now Neil, we are great mates but to say I liked that Merc… I hated, detested that bloody thing.
I still have nightmares over the horrible thing now. I had it brand new and soon swapped it for a 3 year old Scania.
Good riddence to it, regards rowly
