My Dad had a Standard Ten van like that in the late 50’s,they were a good little van.

A pair of Mammoth Major 6x4 Mixers, probably mid 1950s


A mockup of proposed bench seat to house batteries, and tailor fit me in the cab, no adjustment
in this old girl .
I bet Scania and Volvo are now having sleepless nights?

Thanks Graham,don’t think they made them after that,the Standard name disappeared soon after that and the vehicles were badged as Triumphs with the Herald replacing the Standard ten.

its strange how a lot of old british lorrys end up out there, owens have bought daf cf,s renaults & was told 5 bullnose on way should be good to see. a owens driver told me the other day thought i let you know

think you will find they are leased and as for bullnose bull ** more like it
