Tried to find this but cant see a topic. This was apparantly photographed on the M4, silly person has the car covered in snow, but leaves the vital part clear for all to see ! 3 points surely coming his way ?
If that was being driven on the M4 3 points wouldn’t be enough.
Off hand I can’t think of any circumstances where someone would be driving on a motorway like that and not deserve to be banned from driving.
well if that is for real the idiot should be jailed, i cannot believe anybody would drive a vehicle in that condition, it must be like looking out of a cave from inside there.

Had a Toyota Aygo covered similar to that yesterday morning around 6.30am on the M621 near Elland Road in Leeds on one of the sliproads, and when I tried to overtake him to get out of his way, he switched lanes without indicating, so I went down his inside, and how the hell he was able to see around him was beyond me, but then he had the cheek to sound his horn at me!!!
Why isn’t cctv used more effectively to catch these clowns and issue them with the appropriate penalty?
After all, it can be used if you were to drop someone off on double yellow lines…

Edit: Just realised, because if it was driven by one of our ethnic cousins, then it wouldn’t be pc to prosecute. 
Providing he doesn’t take anyone else with him, I’d be in favour of that.

I saw some woman come onto the M3 this morning with 2 inches of snow on her roof and bonnet , as she speed up the snow started falling off the rear and hitting cars , the snow on her bonnet was spraying on her wind screen . Some people’s thickness amazes me…

Its most likley a digital picture, so will the police be able to do anything? Thought digital pictures where no good thats why the company tells us to always use the throwaway they provide instead of your phone in an accident.
