saw soapdaft in g c rickards scrap yard in tipton last week

Looking at that picture…it looks like it has been on it’s passenger side as all the fairing and back corner of the cab is damaged…

looks like the top of the cab on the offside is damaged as well.
i thought i read somewhere that they run white units now but no fancy paint jobs.

I have heard he is only running 1 plain DAF 85 series now, and i think he maybe finishing up soon. (but dont quote me on the last bit, i may be wrong)
all he runs now is 6 wheeler for straw… soapdaft got rolled on the a6 just outside stockport heading back to the yard in tideswell. think its was the bad left turn on there not far from disley.
he was running 2 white xf’s and then lost work and then paid me and other driver off.
most of all the stuff came off the wagon before it went
dose he still run the truck shows
and dose he still have the lady di xf

A question of sport (Y1 DAF) is currently for sale at Geoff Sipson commercials in the 4x2 section, no price tho, it was on ebay through his recently but i can’t find it now, 12 or 13k springs to mind tho for the price,
Is the red one the lady Diana one he had, if so he sold it a few years ago last time was at West Pennine trucks on stakehill ind est, where it had a low loader on it picking up tractor units for delivery to nother dealers.

No the red one is COMEDY CLASSICS…i think it it owned by somebody who buys and sells trucks but the lady diana truck named QUEEN OF HEARTS is exacly the same spec/colour as SOAPDAFT was… 
yeah paul roy and sarah are doing truckshows this year… uttoxter and belfast.
diana is still there and was always just washed and put into locked garage… it hardly did anything.

after that there was twilight zone(scaina), winnie the pooh, comedy classics and soapdaft
all i ran was a plain 54 plate 480 xf superspace
