Skid marks on single carriageways since Monday

It might be tesco drivers getting brave and accelorating up to 48mph and then getting scared and stomping on the brakes

theres a massive set of skiddies in the castle douglas laybye on the A75…my i.b.s. caught up with me after a dodgy curry on the hss and nowhere to go hence i kakked meself…its a particulary bad set so its possible that d&g council may just decide to whiteline around them and treat it as a new roundabout…

You dont get skid marks with abs

LOL, You haven’t tried mate

the one we used to try and do years ago on tipper work, who could leave the longest black line round a bend without braking :unamused:  , when we 1st got a 3 axled trailer from a twin axle

Usually happens at the same time as anything on the bunk is heading toward the screen at a great rate :open_mouth:

No more trucks an trailers stuck under bridges then,

well as they can now get to the dizzy speed they should go all the way now

The faster you go, the smaller they get !

been a few in my pants these last few days, some drivers think they have to stay at it no matter how sharp the bend, common sense seem to be lacking as per

ive made a few recently… mainly because ive discovered that dropping the lift axle at 90Ks when someone is tailgtating is a reet laugh and its a good way of getting them to back off!!

Ah so it can be done then!? I was thinking about that whilst bored on the M1 the other day!!

I wonder if your gaffer will think the same when he realises you’re flat spotting all his wheels

ye can, and with ESB as well, most modern 3 axle trailers there are only abs sensors on the middle axle, thats it. so if a front or rear axle locks up, the trailer abs/ebs ecu won’t see it. so wont release the brakes…

As long as its not you making the marks, why do you care?

I don’t care, it’s just an observation.

It was a question, albeit a rhetorical one surely?

just back after a weeks holiday…and my daily run has under 7 miles of motorway driving,so i’m loving the new speed limits

Shurley a proper driver would use the gears to slow down?
