A large bakery in Manchester went on a free for all recruiting
Eastern Europeans,
Now there are only a handfull of Brits left.

They are in a dire straits now (not the band)
Their forgien workers have slowed down now , having saved a little nest egg.
No locals will work there because of the way it treated their own british workers,
and they have had to take on a extra 3 supervisers per shift to train all the coming and going Poles.

So now they are spending as much if not more on foriegn staff,
and have lost the respect of their local recruitment/skills market

Thats why i will always help a Pole etc…

It makes me look helpfull,

and gives me great pleasure when they mess up,
and i can say “well its not my fault he couldnt follow my instructions” :laughing:
