If you are parking somewhere and the badge holder is staying in the car then you shouldn’t be taking advantage of the Blue Badge parking concessions. The whole idea of the scheme is to make things easier for the disabled person, not their (able-bodied) driver.
In the same leaflet quoted from earlier, it says:
You should not use the badge to allow
non-disabled people to take advantage
of the benefits while you sit in the
car.
hiya…i know of a couple in the north west who have 2 disabled cars, one of them a golf they rent out to
my mates son for £35 a week thats got free tax on it…now that takes the trophy on this site.

Why do car drivers never get out to check if they are in line on parking by the side of a road ?
If they went forward or back a few feet it would allow several more cars to use the parking bays.
My absolute number one pet hate!
+1
I completely agree!
Me too. Tossers!! I’d love to be in control of traffic, I’d have half the ‘drivers’ off the road within the hour! starting with the yummy mummy brigade in their Chelsea tractors, can’t get the tyres dirty on a 4x4 by driving less than 3 foot from the side of the road eh?
