that really low 3300 is a strange one, wonder what that type of cab was for and were they common in holland ?

Hi Glenman,in Holland they leave the jib of the crane attached so over the roof it goes, when they park up overnight its common to see the jib raised so no one can drive into it
Bubbs,
I’ve some more dutch ones,I’ll stick 'um on in a while. :sunglasses:

Have a good holiday Marc, will look forward to your pics.

Nicely restored Atki,Bells Tpt of Bradford at the time I believe it got sold on.

Brendan Bexton had it for a while but, more recently, it had been restored to its original Alfred Dexter livery and was running with a nice period tandem axle trailer, sheeted up.

Hi Bubbs,

If i look to your pictures i remamber to start driving for Frans Maas. Stand over the nitgh on the corner where you taken the pictures. Corner Waalhaven - road to Heiplaat. On the other side you had an littel truckstop. Bubbs let the pictures come. bring back memmorys

Bert.

Hello.ok ,I said the dutch stuff was a one off,but I usually get it wrong, anyway heres some more…mainly for Bert…you’re spot on with the location my friend, the little truckstop is good for pictures on an evening, actually nowadays I stand on the cycle track near ECTs gate ,opposite the customs office…risking life and limb just to get good pics :unamused: :unamused: …you lot out there must think I’m a real saddo

Although I’ve more dutch stuff from this trip I will leave it there,I know theres lot of T/netters who just like british motors,it was just giving everyone a taster of lorries across the water all those years ago.I’ll put on the Swiss stuff next post and then we’ll go back to normal…ok

Cheers Bubbs,
