Bubbs you’ve made my day, that Billy Horn Commer car transporter, was exactly the same as the one my Dad drove on BRS when they started in Car delivery in Coventry 1959, Billy Horns company later became Progresive Deliveries. Iwent on my Dads first trip in it to London Docks 3 days after the M1 opened.
With Marcus off line for the next week due to moving house we need to keep the thread going till he gets back on line.

Hi Moomoo.Great pics once again mate…The J L Townson Volvo was reg number KLV 8 P if my memory serves me correct and the tank looks like fleet number TR5 driven by driver Peter Hatch. I am not to certain but I think the unit was bought second hand at the time, I know there are some ex Townson lads on here so they may correct me if I am wrong.
