Ramone, the one on the left is a MK3 “tin front”,just a dolled-up version of the middle one. There wasn’t a deal of difference between them just that the “tin front” looked a bit more modern.I don’t think there were any different instruments either,it was a long time ago when I drove either type.

A bit like the Mk 1 Atkis with the big rad sticking out in front and the same models, I think, that some like Munroes of Aberdeen used to run with fairing all over the front hiding it. Am I right?

Hello again, heres some more from the ABC guide
Most memorable backload from McVeigh’s?
A 40’ load of little rowing boats stacked 3 high from Hull to Butlin’s at Minehead.
Took all my ropes off next to the boating lake when I got there and the bloke said reverse up to the edge and stop suddenly.
The sight of all these boats bouncing off the concrete, skimming the water, floating, some upside down and others sunk completely, will remain forever in my memory.
I wasn’t laughing at the time but the bloke said ‘don’t worry, we’ll sort it’, signed the notes and sent me for a cup of tea.
Its been there a good few years to my knowledge, I’ve never seen it move. It’s a shame if the vandals have moved in , it wont last long, It looked fantastic a few years back, must have just been imported, I dont know who owns it ■■?

Funny you should say that, there`s a Kenworth (i think) conventional i spotted the other day in a field just below the American Golf shop in Menston near Bradford,i noticed the doors were open so it may have been vandalised, looks like its been there a while
