There’s another connection- I used to collect fly ash from Fiddler’s Ferry P.S. in this-0
hello Rof ,talking of fly ash another firm i think it was like possolanic blue Mans and leyland T45 in a blue colour either from Warrington or Widnes area they came to Shotton collecting stuff , do you remember them ? thank you Trevor ,
Almost correct, tas. Pozzolanic Lytag did similar work, as did quite a few powder tank companies. When cement was flying up and down the country the fly ash was a useful return load, but as the cement movements decreased, fly ash became more important to keep the vehicles in work.

Thanks stupot.I wish I was that proffish… kapebul…Good. Jim.
Looks as if it could have Holmes wrecking gear fitted instead of the original hydraulic rotating gear.
Now that Holmes gear does take some beating!

Anyone any idea how to make an avatar for your profile? It won’t accept any of the pics I submit and keeps wanting photos with so many pixies and things! Do you have to somehow reduce the size of the image you select? I don’t understand! Robert

Hi Robert there is a way to reduce your picture as my picture is reduced but I am struggling to recall how I did it, I am sure that I opened my picture in "Paint " and reduced it and I am certain someone else had this problem and I think it was Harry who put them right
cheers Johnnie
P S I am going to attempt to do it and will let you know if successful
Download picasa, choose the snap, crop to make it square, then export it to Desktop. Before you export ajust the pixels in the export box. Get back into TN locate the snap on the desktop…? Play around with it a bit…
Robert I have done you this in paint it is down to 80 pix, so should work
cheers Johnnie
I have done it before but this time I can only get it down to 320pix
Robert select your picture then right click it
select open with paint when you have paint open select resize and click the pixel and make it 80 pixel then save it and you should be able to use it for your aviator
another one for a sample
cheers Johnnie
