Well, as I’m sure you know, free prescriptions, elderly care, hospital car parking, university fees etc.

The English get none of that.

i think i might move up to scotland now myself as i hear there are more english living in scotand than scots ■■?

maybe we can let the polish have england and us english can have scotland and let the scots have wales and the welsh can move over to ireland

Sad sad day but you have to respect the vote

Nothing sad about its the right decision. Eddie.

Maybe respect the vote. But massive questions regarding the way in which it was obtained by blatant promises of more transfer of wealth from England to Scotland as a sweetener for the no campaign to offer its electorate, scare tactics and outrageous biased media pushing of the NO case.So the vote maybe but was it fairly applied democracy.Questions which I’d bet would be no different in the case of an EU referendum.

Can we have a vote now,for England to get rid of Scotland?

I was torn which way I wanted it to go, I hoped Scotland would stay, but I wanted the Westminster set to get a bloody nose.

As it is Cameron’s got a Win Win situation, Not only does the UK remain united, he would probably have had to go if it went the other way. There is now a massive push for only English MP’s to vote on English issues, which means mainly Tory MP’s.

I not sure if everybody will feel that way. I’ve already seen stuff over the internet saying it’s was rigged.

The fact is there is no way that Cameron’s Libdem allies will allow him to do anything which damages the chances of a LabLibdem majority coalition at the next election. While there’s no way that he’ll be able to do anything after that assuming that such an alliance wins the election. In which case we’re back to Scottish Labour rule.At best the rebel anti federalist Conservatives and Farage will now realise their mistake in not supporting the Scottish yes side and English independence and go for it now while they’ve got the chance to bring Cameron and the co alition down before the election to head off the LabLibdem threat at the election.Hopefully then the English and Northern Irish nationalists can do what the Scottish yes side failed to do.Which would be justice assuming that the Scottish yes vote was robbed in whatever way.

Plenty wrong being englands ■■■■■

Just a quick question, if you voted no, after listening to the promise’s that the politicians made, do you feel betrayed. I said yesterday morning to wife, that I wouldn’t give it 12hrs, before Cameron welched on his promise’s, it reminded me of the miners strike, with Thatcher, promising the miners no pits would be shut, and look what happened there, I felt quite sorry for Mr Salmond last night on news, when he resigned.

Well I don’t know if it’s been reported but there was riots last night in Glasgow, people burning saltires in George square, people with union jacks getting their heads kicked in at Buchanan street.

I knew this would happen especially in Glasgow. It’s now no longer safe to walk about with a saltire or a Union Jack.

People need to accept the descion of the majority of the people and should not associate that descion with nationalism or unionism, or rangers or Celtic, or catholic or Protestant. It’s was simply a descion to have independence and govern our own affairs.

The reason why people are saying it was rigged was because of something a news camera picked up on camera at the very first count in Clackmanshire. It can clearly been seen yes votes mixed with the no vote piles. Me, I just think it was some dolly counter. This is modern day Britain a rigged public vote couldn’t happen.

Well, I’d be hanging my head in shame if I was Scotch right now. Money ain’t everything…

The hilarious thing is that they are a net contributor to the English exchequer, I just think the daily mail have convinced people with their vitriolic acid that the scotch would be paupers after Independence Day.

If they’d have gone, there’d have been a few nervous glances from the mill stone over the water any road…

Ironically not everyone in England supports the Unionist cause with Unionism trampling over the English right to self determination and national sovereignty just the same as the Irish and Scottish one.Hopefully that English anti Unionist cause will get stronger as time goes on.

Assuming that the No vote now finds that its been conned by Cameron and Brown having used non existent English cash to sway the vote that would actually be justice.

I’ve got a road trip (motorbikes) to Embo near Dornoch the day after the referendum… This could be an interesting weekend :grimacing:

Then call in at Grannies Heilan Hame and enjoy the celebrations, and it’s a YES from me 100%, Westminster are getting the jitters because they are starting to offer more concessions as they can see a great loss in revenue from oil and the rest of the assets there are …

Checking out today, not seen any celebrations or troubles, been a good weekend up North
