series when i worked for roy bradford at becton. After a while young phil hortons
roo` was sold to roy haxel, dirty ■■■■ had one which was written off in rumo after he decide to drive under the bridge on the edge of bucharest when it was flooded, and i had one as well for a while, great trucks but well used. Who originally owned the ROO series ?

I think it was “tanker Bill” , in fact i know he had the two that Steve and i drove 108 & 106 there are a few pictures about of some of the others but who owned them is a bit of a guess.

I think it was the Ford Motor Company at Boreham and Aveley.

Dunno wheelnut, ROO 108 W etc would have been Essex as they were supplied by Scantruck there are several more ROO’s i have pictures some of them looks like a batch that were registered together.
There were MOO’s, ■■■’s and XOO’s too I’ve had one of each, MOO 613P which was a 111, ■■■ was an F16 and XOO was a Merc, so we’ll forget them
MOO must’ve been one of the first 111’s, it still had the old white/grey steering wheel
