Back in 1066, when Fergie was still out on the road, he here demonstrates the comfort of his cab…
Meanwhile at Fergie’s Ltd…

Is this your shed Fergie? The grey one at the front is a relation to your little grey one and my pink thing as you call it!Not my shed Pierre, but just down the road there was one like it, not sure how many tractors the old guy had, but when he died they were all sold off, about thirty I think, along with three lorries including that lovely Saviem tractor unit I posted up back last year…the old grey must be a very early one, pre war perhaps ? the white ones are David Browns, and then there’s those pink things…

However, it seems Fergie will be dealing with you in June. He never breaks a promise, so I would not want to be in your shoes…Not me, he will be facing the wrath of Mrs Fergie…

I didn’t realise they’d “consulted” you on this matter mate [emoji38]
But getting the same wages just sitting on a skateboard and make vroom vroom noises, can’t I start today already [emoji38] [emoji38]
…You’ve a lot to learn Whippersnap, you drive a vroom vroom skateboard with a manual box, you get vroom vroom wages, plus age related pay, in your case, age related means about two years old… so pay will be,…per week, powdered baby milk, pampers, baby talc, Heinz baby food for growing healthy bones, rusks, and if you’re really good, a lollipop… followed by a bottle of gripe, don’t want you hiccuping, you might fall off the skateboard and damage the tarmac… …that or you drive an auto box…your choice…
Still refuse to drive that auto’ box, so they’ve upgraded me with this… I do get better wages now…

Excellent Patrick. You’ll be much happier now!

Nice one Froggy! What’s that whobbly thing at the back though? Is that used at vineyards?
Indeed, such tractors are used in vineyards where they overlap the vine rows. Any idea where is the blue Berliet GR and its trailor, probably operated by a funfair?

This looks interesting- is it still about, IE was that photo a recent one? It looks like it has single wheels on the drive axles, which stirs a (possibly false) memory that the Magnum LSW had its roots in a Saviem.
Sure am Johhny, at first they wanted to let me drive this one…
I said; what about the gearbox? It’s a automatic mate, couldn’t fit the gearlever… Well, you know were to put it then eh…
Then they came up with this, wasn’t much better though…
Might fit into the fleet of Fergie’s Ltd though…

Aah cheers Froggy!
I’ve seen that blue Berliet for several years now standing in the yard alongside the N43 in Rimogne (08) near Charleville Mezieres, don’t reckon it’s been used much though…

Aye, it’s still very much about mate, spotted it just last week! Couldn’t get a more clear shot of it though, had some steering/driving to do as well…

Carefull with using the word “nutters” before you know it you’ve got some geezer named Fergie breathing down your neck mate
It’s normally parked up in yard alongside the N1075 just south of Bourg en Bresse, seems it’s always there, well in the last decade or so I’ve been coming past it was…
Not sure about this one, but I can vaguely decipher “Onatra” on the cab…?
