Ex Haulier:
I think the PJK trucks just beat Rokold but it’s a close run thing. Pulleyn probably have the edge on both of them though. Why did Robin East sell out to Wincanton ?. It seemed to happen very suddenly and they didn’t seem to really want it. Did Robin hit a financially sticky patch or just want out ?.
Here’s the best of both worlds when we merged for a short spell .
Wincanton at the helm, the trucks looked pants after that
mappo:

I remember nipper not a bad old boy met him on a snowy morning just after new year 97 at the flags restaurant on route to Madrid think it was his 2nd tour of duty at Rokold

Deekay i dunno about putting Nipper on the right road mate,i was always getting lost.
As for speaking highly of me,no one,s ever done that, must have been a case
of mistaken identity.
No need to apologise about joke Deekay, there,s not enough humour around
today mate and i can take it on the chin.
Hi Dreva, got loads more yet mate, just pacing myself.
Your old girl (963) on the left in disguise with 964 & 966
Early morning swim @ Korinthos waiting to load for 4 days. Tough week that one
larking about waiting to load at Argos (no not the shop!) Greece. Phil Sutton, Dave Krynicki and Andy Irvine.
Campogalliano heading home . The other 2 heading down, Phil Sutton and Hyperactive (Chris Caldwell). Was great when you bumped into each other accidently for a coffee and a chat
BuzzardBoy:
I never realised Rokold ran so far afield(Greece/Yugo)
Cracking Photo’s, i could sit and look at them instead of going to work!!!
Keep em coming!!
I think a lot of people thought the same. Admittedly, there was a lot of “channel hopping” which some guys liked and thats all they did but some of us did get about a bit but didn’t shout about it .
Still got a few more pics to come yet BB .
Dont like to think I’m boring people
