Although I didn’t know it at the time, the place on the left of the picture is Prima Packaging. No margin for error along here as I might just find myself rather wet and out of a job at the same time

Ain’t you class 1 cycle along ere every weekend.a piece of ■■■■

Good read (and pics) again Rob.

Macaws and the rejects bin brought back memories! (When I was with Irlams)

I also salute the ‘enemy’ border crossing point every time I pass; a proper salute travelling east and a different salute (kinda v-shaped) when travelling west!!

Nice read & pics again, Rob.

I know that bit of canal well, I used to walk along there a lot (lovely scenery further up). I would never imagined an artic along there, though!

Is the narrowboat/restaurant still there?

Excellent diary and pic’s rob

Good read and pics once again Rob.

Agree that Scania looks smart, but that lettering on the tires totally wrecks it, smart DAF XF aswell.

Rob K:
Last drop was at Bargain Booze in Crewe and I arrived there a few minutes before my booking time of 1700.

Bargain Booze, Crewe.

Just had 9 lifts for them here and these were whipped off quickly and I was away.

■■■■, if I hadn’t have been off last week I’d have probably seen ya mate. Three or four afternoons a week sees me shunting around on the right of the first photo. Once you’ve walked from there round the back fifteen times you know about it, though. I’ve noticed they seem pretty quick at tipping, I suppose it helps having a forklift that’ll pick up two pallets at once.

Good read, again.

if I hadn’t have been off last week I’d have probably seen ya mate.

Consider that as a lucky escape

Rob K:
Mamma’s & Pappa’s, Huddersfield.

If memory serves me right, (it’s been a long time since I had to deliver here), isn’t this that cow-shed of a place where, in order to get to the loading bays round the back, you have to go down a single track road by the side of the building that is controlled by a traffic light? (Or is it a barrier, or both   )

Thanks once again Rob for a good read and the photos, sorry but I liked the tyres, rgards derek

Well what a load of (with a capital B) this week’s been so far. :imp:

Is it ‘cos I vanished off without givin’ you a kiss goodbye??
