Confidence your fillings are secure.
Geoffo probably has cab air bags on his.
It’s more common on the mainland.
We are more into poverty spec.

Does that mean?..
You can spec a better suspension set-up for the cab?
If it does, that’s an acknowledgement by Mercedes that the standard one is pants. How can anyone who designed such a ■■■■ ride sleep nights?
You can spec cab air bags on daf xf, Volvo fh4 Renault t cab.
But, the actros probably needs it most.
I’ve been driving a 4x2 Actros with air suspension on both axles plus air suspension for the cab. It glides along like Alladins carpet.
I’ve been…
Driving a 6x2 Actros with railway sleepers for suspension. It goes along like a milk crate tumbling down a mountainside.

That made me laugh.

I usually drive a 4x2 with full air suspension, rides ok, but sometimes have to drive the 6x2 with standard suspension and know what people mean about poor ride, I know an owner driver who specified the cab air suspension for his one, he says it wasn’t that much extra and changed now the truck rode, Seems to me Mercedes aren’t pushing the option and companies don’t specify it, no doubt the accounts department see a few hundred quid per truck as a justifiable saving.
Wonder if members get a cure for the indicator lamp failure false alarm, or a dpf regen that doesn’t add 45 minutes to the end of a long shift?
I could be tempted.

That’s not a false signal. It’s cos it keeps going off . And on. And off. And on…

Yes I understand, but buying several trucks , the costs are going to be much higher.
