Has this ever happened to you?It does to me all the time.
This is what happens, so who is right?
I see an oncoming truck and know there is no room for two of us to get past a tight bend or small road.
I stop first and wave him on or flash the lights.
He then STOPS and flashes me and waves me on.
I do it again. He does it again more times over.
At this point it becomes a dare duel.
Cars are waiting to see the display of light testing and audible warning devices being tested.
As we finally pass, the humour kicks in and we both have a laugh at the Zoro antics.
I noticed car drivers do the same as above.
Nurse!
I remember trying to get up to Harwich one night when a diversion was in place due to roadworks. That was a struggle!
Just keep going then move your body and head to the left for when the wing mirror pops through your side window
Yes, there’s a bit of road I have to negotiate several times a day where it’s a case of “whose mirrors are the strongest”.

Nurse!
:lol::lol::lol:
I met one here last week. Only option - one of you back up until there is enough room to pass! No driving onto the verge either last week with the amount of rain that had come down!
If all else fails, put it on break , H/brake on and cross your arms.
Happened to me once right after a blind bend, after traffic quickly built up behind me I had to reverse on the wrong side of the road around about 20-30 cars past the bend then about 3-400m to get to a passing point. That was a fun day.
Nurse Nurse.I have ran out of pills.
…unless of course you are a Tipper driver, then you would just plough through regardless…

Like the one who overtook me (I was doing 40mph) yesterday on the B4322 at Woofferton only to turn 200 yards further on
I saw mind bleach on offer at Toscos and Sainsbugs.Bogoff offer.
The higher Shaftesbury Road between Shaftesbury and Blandford is a good one for that - there’s about a mile and a half of single track, tight S bends. (It’s still better than the 7 or 8 miles of narrow roads on the A350)
Shaftesbury/Blandford road has a flashing warning display to notify of oncoming vehicles.
Car drivers ignore it and look surprised to see an artic in the middle of the road.
They expect you to reverse.
This is the way they do it in Maroc.
