Hey, all nice pics and certainly the lorries, but seeing oldtimers with 500hp, i only can say I’m getting very old
In some time there will be a need of third retro show before '90 and after for the 450+

The Classic show at Gaydon in June is for our era Eric.
Cheers Dave.
Looking at some of these " old time trucks" as we call em it’s hard to believe we are calling them “old time truck’s” the likes of Aki’s Scammells, F88, 140 Scannie’s , and then I sit back and think well I’m knocking the door of number 60 next birthday time is certainly speeding on!! Yep time stands still for no man !! We’re just all getting old !
I hope someone will rescue me from the knackers yard !! and gives me another 50 years… Umm maybe not !
R Jimski

Got my repaired computer back last night so now I can say a huge thank you to Ash for the tremendous amount of work in getting such a great ‘do’ together,
It was great to see old friends and to meet, in person as it were, Robert Hackford and Jazzandy. And thanks to all of you that made the effort of being there and making for such a great atmosphere and especially to jimski for one belter of a model!

One of the Volvo F10’s we took is a 1986 model that’s not far of 30 years old and there really “new” when you compare them to the 88’s and the Atki’s
