Where did your work get that from? They are saying if you see these particular vehicles they should be reported to the police?
Why can’t they report them to the police if they are so concerned. Surely if any driver notices a vehicle following him for mile after mile and is concerned he or she would know what to do?

You really a are a bit of a ■■■ aren’t you.
They are known vehicles with registrations whether cloned or not that are following trucks and involved in stealing high value goods. It is just a heads up for people to be on the lookout for these particular vehicles or registrations. Reporting them if seen to the police will help tracking the movements of these vehicles and may just assist In catching them.
The information of these vehicles will have come from a verifiable source either the police or RHA or any other number of early warning systems.
Who has comfirmed one of the motors has been cloned?

Another one who can’t grasp simple stuff. I work for a big national company. This info will not have been passed on unless its been verified or from a reliable source. That reg will be confirmed as cloned by the police.
Makes you wonder what is the point trying to give people a warning.
Publishing that list here serves as a timely warning.
The crims will soon refresh those number plates now.
I could also say you or your company are ■■■■ too. Do you really think putting these registrations on this forum will have any effect?
Do you really think anyone who looks at them will remember them and and notice them if out and about?
And if they do do you really think they will bother to report them? Get real .
As I said any driver that notices a particular vehicle following them for mile after mile should know what to do to keep safe and get the situation dealt with.
No-one is going to have time nor be able to go rummaging through an internet forum to check on the registration numbers as they’re cruising along at 56 mph . Your post was undoubtedly well-intentioned but the reality is that the police have far more pressing matters to be dealing with, such as playing with their drones up in the hills of the Peak District to shame all those serial criminals out enjoying their daily exercise, and of the course the extremely important matter of ensuring shoppers are only buying “essential” items from Tesco. I can safely say that any such reports of sightings of those vehicles will be promptly filed in the round basket in exchange for a crime reference number, and that’s assuming they even bother to pick up the phone in the first place.

.
Yes, why would it not?
The lad did right putting it on here to at the very least make people aware I reckon which I suppose was the purpose of his post.
I had an episode a few months ago that I put on here (that a certain clown on this forum ridiculed me about
)
I gave the reg of the van following me and trying to stop me over a distance of about 30 miles or so , and later found out from the Old Bill that it was a dodgy reg…(or maybe I had misread the reg
)
I’m as far from a drama queen that you could ever meet, but I really thought that Transit van (with unknown number of occupants) were on me that day, I was carrying wines and spirits.
If you’re pulling out of somewhere with a high value highly desirable load, you tend to make a mental note of what is following you and for how far (well at least I do) so any info could/would potentially be useful I reckon.

You can’t help some people Rob.
Yes it may well not lead to anything but as you say it was merely a reminder and if anyone encounters any of those vehicles to be aware.
Even just knowing the types of vehicles can help that they are using.

Looks like the police gave the list to those who are most likely to be targets, and are most likely to be looking for being followed.
I don`t think the wider distribution of the list is particularly helpful. It just gives them a chance to swop vehicles or plates.

Given they are not posted on here in text and via an image then searching for them will not likely bring up this thread. So unless the perps happen to view this forum or are physically looking for any info that may be of use to them then it’s not a big deal. Forewarned is forearmed as the saying goes.

And chances are they could already be on other plates, they probably won’t keep them on the same plates for long anyway. Or change cars regularly.
Even if none of the above is helpful it serves as a reminder to always be careful and vigilant when being followed by cars seemingly for no reason.
It’s not the reg numbers that anyone will recall but three silver/ grey cars and a blue Espace together that will stand out.

Tbf mate any hint of info on thes scrotes could easily be some sort of potential help to somebody.
Granted the info ain’t gonna revolutionise truck crime exactly, but you see what I mean.
its just as well there not trying it on the m6 as rowley would have them grassed up for careless driving ( before his demise)
and surely someone would be reporting them for driving too close??
