I’m sorry some of you had bad experiences on agencies, or with agency drivers. But not everyone is the same as the one person you had a problem with. It’s like saying all black people steal, which is clearly very racist, and completely untrue.

I’m from Poland and been living in your country for more than 10 years. Last time when I worked via agency was around 2005.
Typical English weeping, I would be shame to even put the post like that, get the balls and get yourself from the agency work. If the Polish man like me can get the fulltime job with the English as a second language along with average experience as a driver so what is the matter with YOU. These days it’s so easy to get the fulltime job as a lorry driver, what you need is a balls, work ethic and persistence!!! I’m working for Wincanton/Co-op in Cambs and they are looking for drivers all the time(even the new starters). Money around 25-35k depending if you are class 1 or 2, easy job if you take it easy.
Others depots are also looking for a drivers, so do some research first before start crying.
I do understand that you are ■■■■■■ off and bringing a drivel like that, it’s the easiest way to rid of your stress but you have to look at the bigger picture man.

i was on just under £8/hour , from 0600-1400 . plus 30% 1400-2200 . plus 60% 2200-0600 . plus 50% saturday . plus 100% sunday . plus 300% bank holidays (or 200%+day off)
i had pension contributions paid , sick money entitlements and free funeral .
i only worked 4 days/week about 48 hours
every year a couple of warehouse lads were trained to class 3 free . and after a couple of years service they could expect free training to class 1 .
there was an established career plan for blokes who had been there donkeys years
and that wasnt extraordinary , the coop was generally viewed as a ■■■■ job .
also because we were not snowed under with immigrants i bought my first house near center of bristol for £34k , just over a years salary .
can you start to comprehend the sacrifice the english working class has made for you bumptious gits ■■?

On the Bulgarian and Romanian immigration, again you are talking rubbish, 214 000 is the total number of people from both countries living in UK, 53 000 is the immigration for the first year after labor restrictions were lifted, when Farage was predicting 29 million(total population of both countries) 
Now some fact if you want. The total number of Bulgarians living in UK is 65 000 as of 2014. 8 000 of whom have British citizenship. The total number of Bulgarians who immigrated to UK after the restriction were lifted in the period 01.01.2014-31.12.2014 is 12 000 people. The total migration of Bulgarians to EU countries for 2014 is 183 000 people.

Here in Bulgaria Diesel at a garage costs 1.97 Lev per litre (75.7p) or you can buy it from our Builders merchant for 1.83 per litre (70.3p) from same oil company
