dont worry about it mate, the assesment is not to see if they will employ you, they will employ anyone who holds a licence, it is to see how much if any training you require before being allowed out alone, first day is normally spent on induction in classroom form filling and box ticking, second day you are usually out with another driver doing the job, he then reports back ok on his own or reqs further training, they will keep you with him as long as it takes. no worries you will be fine 
Thanks very much for that. It’s only for casual work as I have a normal job mon-fri. They are fine with one shift every other weekend and odd holidays which suits me fine. They seemend quite straight about the fact it’s quiet at the moment but as it’s only a hobby for me that’s sound. I don’t have any issues with reversing normally it’s just on the odd occasion I can make the easy bays look a tad too difficult. As long as I don’t bash anything and don’t take all day I should be ok!

Mines on Friday 
Wednesday. First assessment I will have done so will just treat it like another test.
There is a sign in the window saying that they are taking on drivers at the moment if anyone is interested. It did say that if you recommend a friend and the are successful in their application then you can receive £150. So don’t forget to tell them that Kerbdog sent you !!!

The same as give me a wide open space to reverse into and ■■■■ it up, but a tight space… 
If you can walk through the gate and hold a licence the jobs yours , Reed Bordalls never have been known to be too picky on the quality of drivers recruited .

Yes if you have a prang they will take it out of your wages, but as you get a weekly bonus they take the bonus from you until its paid back, but as its a bonus then you wont miss it really 
Yes you wont be in the same unit all the time, even trampers if you’re back at the yard during the week.

I managed to go out on one,but I had a to wait a while because for some reason I wasnt in the diary to have an interview
I had to have one that day because I was coming back down south today and the next time Im back up north is when Im moving up in a few weeks
