I was gonna do that but with an interview this week for samworths I don’t want to be taken on full time if I get offered the job there. So agency for me.

Things are better today as I sent my CV off to a few companies and got a reply and an interview lined up. It is tramping 4 nights out a week with extra work at the weekends occasionally. I’m not going to get ahead of myself this time but it looks like a professional company which is a family run business. Not sure on the rate yet but I have a feeling it’s around 10ph with £25 night shift allowance but the manager has asked me to come for an interview so I’ll find out then. I’ll pretty much take anything so I can get that 6 months experience then I’ll feel better going for more desirable jobs. 
We just took on a noob with zero experience, his attitude was spot on!
It’s good to know there are companies still out there with people giving us new drivers a chance to prove ourselves. Gives me hope. Thank you

Attitude is very important, and so is character, as you’ll be put under pressure at some point, and then your true character will shine thought!
Thus revealing if you’re a good or bad employee…

P.S. Yes I think being open to any class of work is good, as it shows an employer you acknowledge and respect your lack of knowledge, skills and experience in the game. Humility, as I don’t think the boss will be looking to throw the Artic keys to some cocky little speed demon, who thinks his balls are spacehoppers…
Naaaaaah Beeze, no ones attitude could compensate for my poor one 
That wage seems about average for the area on day shift tbh
If you had been here couple mouth back I put on my boss was looking for drivers ok we are out several night but was permanent couple weeks later he phone to say we were getting a pay rise
