That’s brilliant. Now you need to consider whether or not to name the trainer. They seem to have accepted they messed up and are giving you a full refund. Realistically you cant ask for much more (apart from it not being messed up to start with I suppose) so maybe they deserve a mention as behaving honourably.

Glad you’re getting a full refund. Still don’t say anything until you have the cleared money in your hand.
Once you’ve got you money back there’s nothing stopping you writing a post about your experiences and maybe a comparison between your old trainer and your new training provider.
After this experience is really consider giving one of Pete’s courses a shot. (Rumour is that he even does free tea and coffee now)

As a side question, Who is responsible for the list of trainers on this site? I certainly don’t think they should be kept on the list after the way they behaved in this situation and having false claims on their website is also not very good.

Waiting until money is in the bank haha but I won’t badmouth them too much as I did get a refund after all although I shouldn’t have to beg but I got it back (think it’s because I told them I was going to tell everyone on line) that’s all that counts I suppose it’s taken them about 2 weeks ish I hope this teaches them a valuable lesson :slight_smile:

Can’t fault Pete’s advice on that. Many happy TNET users and you’ve seen his attitude towards the training business on this thread.
