Came across this old daf yesterday so grabbed some shots. Is it a 2800 ? Not sure when they started
making the 3300.
They always looked very smart and had a nice colour scheme and sign writing.
Used to see them pulling Sun Seeker boats out of Poole.
That was in Moreys Redbridge for quite a while recently maybe a refurb looking at the condition ?
Saw the low loader by Weymouth Harbour today ,obviously coming back from Sunseeker,Portland

Nigel i was told that Bugler had cut right back and sold most of the lorries apart from one i think
and kept the trailers. Apparently he now subs the loads out and hires the trailers out ?

It was being pulled by one of Regs trucks Dean ,didnt spot the make .

I remember one of the drivers who may have had the nick name of The Lord, he had long hair like a Rastafarian but was a white man, spoke like he was well educated.

That was him, the Teddy Bear.
One of their drivers told me that they sent a yacht to Majorca, it arrived with damage, it was sent back to Poole by the owner, a famous TV comedian.
