If it was an older lorry I’d say it was the eminox euro 4 exhaust beeper .

Dash cam?
Ours all have cameras in them with automatic record in the event of a bump, they must be set a bit on the delicate side and bleep when you start off, shut door, drive through pot hole etc.

As already mentioned, could be memory card is full, in the dashcam.
