Glad you used probably because unless he was turning right further ahead he was not driving appropriately.

You seem to have missed both the blue car AND the silver car (which hit him) indicating and moving from lane 1 to lane 2. He couldn’t move left even if he wanted to. As for turning right ahead, you don’t know he wasn’t just as I don’t know if he was. Based on what is on camera, he did nothing wrong, in fact, he showed awareness and consideration to other road users by not blocking them in. Something the camera guy in the other video on here could learn from.
Clearly schools out at the moment, Christmas hols etc. That’ll be Uncles occupation, sitting in the back row, gazing out the window, chewing gum.

Caveman I have not missed anything pal.What if he was not turning right ahead?According to others it is ok for him to be in the outside lane of three.What he should have been doing is easing off the gas and moving back to the left when it was safe.In the video it looks very evident he had no intention of doing that.He was going for it.Conclusion looks like the sort of thing you see on a daily basis.

Well it wasnt safe was it. There were cars entering the carriageway. At the very least I think he was being a courteous driver to allow the traffic to keep moving

Maybe because he was turning right up ahead and switching lanes in close proximity is dangerous. Or is a dangerous manouvre ok in your book as long as you can get a dig in about the manouvre that did take place?

Nice try but wrong. Plenty times the lorry driver gets pelters if he is in the wrong. Theres even an ongoing thread where both drivers are getting stick.

The irony being of course that the corsa changed lanes without looking and hit the lorry and you have decided this is ok and the lorry driver is to blame.
All in all a pleasant peaceful ending, nice people … 
Not sure I would be standing in the road chatting about it with traffic going past mind …

Truck was ‘making progress’ and not hanging about, but if she can’t see that, what chance would the biker of had if she was seconds later?

My eldest lad was driving in his car when an old woman pulled out in front of him, his car was badly damaged.
Police were involved and it was clearly her fault.Later on her son knocked on my boy’s door thanking him for not kicking off at his mother, and for showing concern for her at the scene of the accident.
Made me proud of him.
