How many hours a week do you work on average at poundworld? Do you only work 4 days a week? Thanks guys
its a 4 out of 7 rota that rotates over a 9 week period…its a strange one but you get used to it couple of 4 day weekends off (frisatsunmon)couple of normal weekends off(satsun)…work a 1 full weekend and the odd saturday or sunday…its a hard one to explain tbh you need to see it on paper to understand it…
hours wise it depends i suppose 45-50 i guess would be about right thats over the 4 days …but obviously you could do an extra shift if one is available and you still get 2 days off
i forgot in the info above if you are rota’d on a saturday or a sunday you get an extra £25 per day on top of your normal rate
9 weeks upto xmas the rota goes 5 days aweek instead of 4 you are expected to work the majority of the extras due to the increase in workload but you can arrange not to if needs be or swap them around to suit
