i have had to bump this thread back onto page 1 as i am getting worried about the antics of certain tn members . it has come to my notice that certain members are posting in the early hours , LONG after nursey should have been round . is this a failure in the care system , or are we getting a rogue element running amok ? worried

Now then Chris if you hadn’t spent so much time hitch-hiking en-route your house and en-route the motor you could have joined old Norm on the dancefloor, as stated on another post i was too knackered to even hold the log-book in the air to get a lift homewards wish i’d met you in those days i would have got some good tips, now then nurse can you find me something to help me stay awake i’m missing all the fun.

at least norman’s got a good excuse for staying up late harry , he has to wait until his wife is asleep so he can count his money , and poor dennis can’t sleep for worrying about that elusive big j . my nurse insists on putting me to bed at 11 pm , good job , i never did like working nights and i get up at the crack of dawn [ 8am in winter ] . i think you must be the rebellious spirit behind all the late night revelry ! blame harry again time , water off a duck’s back eh , cheers , dave

Yes Dave you better believe it water off a ducks back, Norman’s money is easy to count it’s all stowed in biscuit tins a set amount in each just needs to count the boxes he does need to remove his slippers to total up “not enough fingers for his wealth” funny though how he can always find two fingers to make a gesture to me, nice fellah.

We all know that Uncle Norman has got a heart of gold and that he is a man of his word and if he says that he will take us all on a cruise when he wins the Euro Millions Jackpot well that’s good enough for me.
I just hope that it turns out better than that morning drive that Harry organised last summer :laughing: .

All this talk of helicopters reminded me of a story I was told. The rotors are held in place by a JESUS NUT
