Last night in Asda Washington a Pollock driver asked me to recommended somewhere to park for the night. I asked if he was willing to pay, and he just laughed…so I’m guessing they don’t get parking expenses back!
I worked for Pollock through sure recruitment last year, rates were from 10.50 to 14.50 an hour was away all week managed 6 and 7 nights some weeks as was on “standby” with my card out was netting £1000-£1300 a week PAYE.
At the same time they pay there guys £7.50 its a ■■■■■■■ joke they offered me a start after that agy contract died down and were told to bolt!
They do get free parking in a lot of services due to Pollock’s having accounts etc can’t remember the names, snap account?
I’m happy working where I am although I dont get parking allowance I ways find a 24hour Asda or tesco to snug up beside, suits me and on a lot more than Pollock’s although it’s flat rate so you feel ■■■■ if its a Sunday PM your working lol
