The stamps go on the blank pages you know, not the page with your name and photo 
well done… however the blank pages arent blank. they have drawings printed on the pages. they are encoded. so it can be seen if someone has torn out a page or added extras or even altered the back page.

They have page numbers to check whether you ripped a page out. First blank page is page 6 and goes up to 33
And I hadn’t realised it, but every page has my passport number at the bottom. But you could easily cover that up so as not to identify yourself
Have I missed something? Never had an exit stamp on my passport, from UK,BHX, MAN and LHR, yes entry and departure at country of arrival.
And Thailand Suvarnabhumi Airport is e-gates from this year, so very rarely stamped.
Somewhere up there, in the foggy part of the thread, @cooper1203 was talking about the UK stamping UK passports. @chrisdalott says he has never had any from the UK, same as you, and same as me too.

anyway on a far more importent note than a load of whinging lefties that dont have a clue
1 in 100 illegals have been charged with a crime. How many of them havent been charged because they covered their face or the victims are too scared to come forward. or even how many went charged because the coppers didnt want to be labeled racist by the dribbling lefties.
On a more positive note the national protest went well good turn out and at least in dover there were no arrests as the lefties didnt turn up and start crying blaming their own actions on the ones with common sense
