Political discussions...

Some have not received their pay out and compensation, with several appeals gone through the court system, to get it sorted finally.
I never knew the post office had their own prosecution service, it all sounds very draconian.

Somebody mention Asylum Seekers ?
How’s everybody doing for GP appointments.?
Where I live the words ‘‘virtually’’ and ‘‘impossible’’ spring to mind.

Not so much for these young fit guys though it seems, appointments on tap appparently.

Vote Labour.

RefUK Ltd has had McMurdock resign the whip. It is in light of allegations in today’s Sunday Times. Reform MP James McMurdock suspended after Sunday Times investigation Times equals paywall.

However it is reported elsewhere that the allegations concern Covid loans to two of his companies.
It also seems that one of these companies has not been included on his HoC register of interests.
One alleged loan was for £50,000 for a company with no employees.
The other was allegedly for £20,000 for a dormant company.

If there are 400 living in that block, would you prefer that they go to the local neighbourhood GP?
Yes, you prefer that none are there, but they are there.

Is the surgery van there every day? Once a week? Once every six months? Was it a one off to give all residents a course of vaccines to prevent diseases?

I bet even @robroy will like this YT. Jonathon Pie is not happy.

dunno ask the local english residents that cant get on the gp’s books because there is no spaces never mind an appointment

if i want any health treatment in a hurry i have to go private. i dont have insurance so i have to pay out of pocket. i have a full history of ni stamps and both my parents have / had paid in all their working lives so did all four grandparents or at least when it started in 1911. when i moved here i had to wait on a list for 5 months before i could even register with a gp. These ■■■■■■■ swan over on the boar and see a gp with in an hour of getting here they have paid nothing to society and purly want to destroy it.

same with dentists 100,000’s dont have an nhs dentist and if they do they have to contribute towards the treatment. In jail if you have tooth ache you have to wait till its your turn to see the dentist that might come round twice a month. Never mind having a filling or anything… all they will do is pull it. if you need anything else tough… Illegals oh you need a denture or an implant i can see you tomorrow here you go no cost sir dont worry we will come to you.

its ■■■■■■■ immoral this govt should be thrown in jail.

but dont worry your pretty little head about it you just sit there moaning about supposed and imagined slights that have no bearing on you fr months on end while ignoring and excusing this ■■■■

So the Renter’s Rights bill is nearly upon us, just doing the rounds in the Lord’s.

The Liebour party have been instrumental in gaining renter’s many more rights and in particular regarding non fault evictions. Once the bill is passed, non fault evictions will be banned.

Hurry up, hurry up all unscrupulous landlords of HMO’s, boot out your tenants who pay their rent on time, don’t cause any problems and treat their rental property as their home and welcome in any old dross the gov wants you to house. It’s completely morally wrong to evict good tenants and make them homeless and then replace them with over inflated rent for dross to inhabit but no worries the gov are so desperate and even though they are totally against non fault evictions, it’s not the law yet so crack on.

thing is most dont throw them out for no reason. a very few have to sell their homes due to unforeseen circumstance. all this bill will do is force people to wait until their homes are repossessed putting 2 families out n the street. its bloody stupid but what would you expect from starmer and rayner.

Money talks!

In one…:+1:

Oh ffs another positve spin.:joy::joy:
Nah I prefer your first option.
These criminals should not be here especially at our expense, they contribute nothing and take everything under a pretence.

back onto subjects that matter.
5/7/2018 to 4/7/2019 880 illegals
5/7/2019 to 4/7/2020 3,744 illegals
5/7/2020 to 4/7/2021 12,563 illegals
5/7/2021 to 4/7/2022 34,832 illegals
5/7/2022 to 4/7/2023 41,268 illegals
5/7/2023 to 4/7/2024 31,578 illegals
5/7/2024 to 4/7/2025 43,842 illegals

two things to be drawn from that

  1. this last year has produced the highest number of crossings since 2018 by 2,500 nearly
  2. the rwanda plan worked. it caused the figures to drop nearly 10,000 andrise by over 12,000 when it was scrapped.

What’s really happening is plenty of people are getting rich by supplying their services
And it’s not only the government
Future cheapest labour you can get, making hoteliers rich, making doctor’s and dentists rich and will in the future make a bigger profit for companies who employ them
I think you might call it capitalism
If the usa falls off a cliff we are all in trouble
If uk falls off a cliff nobody cares

yep it does

most places rent for more than a grand a month but call it 1,000 a month thats 12,000 a year or 120,000 over 10 years

most property hasnt risen that much so if they are so money grabbing doesnt it make sense for them to carry on renting. not to mention stamp and capital gains taxes.

the reason rayner etal are championing the bill is as i said 2 families are on the street that’s 2 houses their mates can pick up cheap and stuff with illegals

too bad trumps plans are working then huh

Here’s another thing regarding Liebour and their instrumental meddling with the Renter’s Reform/ Rights bill.

The new legislation will prevent private landlords from increasing rents disproportionate, I think around 5% max per annum anything over then the tenant has the right to have this looked at by an independent body.

So given Liebour have put a lot of effort into the Reforms you would expect given they are behind the curb on rent rises that they would practice what they preach, oh no not a chance they have completely self over inflated rents, thrown in free repairs and guaranteed tenure to the likes of Serco to house unknown immigrants.

you couldnt make this crap up.

Zarah sultana (yes that is what she calls herself) and corbyn have broken away from labour to make their own party too bad every other labour zealot that has been shut out including dianne abbott told em to do one. even the labour independent party told em to do one.

so a quick google and the average rent in december 23 was 1300 per month. december 24 it was 1362 so less than 5% . however minimum wage went up nearly 10% so the rent increase was affordable. This april however minimum wage only went up by 6.7% so not so affordable… i wonder if it would have anything to do with forcing people to go bankrupt and have their houses repossessed as i said earlier

780 a month my rent, including bills.

go on then can anyone tell me how this is ok…

of course starmer has refused to comment on it where are the gangs of police knocking at the door at 6am on a sunday morning…
just un ■■■■■ belivable
