Well they were reporting on things that simply weren’t happening and portrayong it in a way that armageddon was on its way. Anyone with a set of eyes and who actually left their house in those 18 months saw much differently.

That does not mean that all reports were wrong, and certainly does not mean that there was some sort of conspiracy.

if the MSM reports that there is a fire and 20 have been killed in an inferno and it turns out that 10m were killed, does that mean there was no fire? That no one died?

There were grave warnings of what might happen if precautions were not taken.
Those precautions were often taken and because of actions taken the worst outcomes were avoided.
I hesitate to ask, but what did you see that was so different to what was being reported?
I was working all through the pandemic and saw nothing to make me doubt the reporting from the more sober, MSM.
If you want to say that some MSM were way OTT ?
Yes they were, then as now are to sell copy, get clicks, etc, or to push their owners viewpoints.
Do not confuse what is reported by the MSM with what Medics and experts are actually saying.
Read beyond the screaming headlines at what is really happening. Read the reports, not a journalist’s interpretation of what is being said.

So I just went back to normal,.as many others did (whilst avoiding vulnerable relatives) and guess what?

they need the boat to load it with illegals.
seriously though starmer et al has a short memory this is how they acted before came in fished more than their quota and when caught said up yours we pay no fine… and just returned to their home port to do it all again. if there was a british vessel that had stayed with in the rules they tried to ram it and sink it.
