I was more referring to the fact we didnt see the planes full of illegals taking off that we were promised, but you are right about the surge in numbers going to Ireland.
the planes didnt take off because of the election and the knicker wetters. Personaly i think that anyone that interfered in the removal of these scum should of been arrested and put on the plane with them. But no the police just stood by

Watching these nimbys on marches saying all refugees welcome squirm when they are put on the spot about taking them into their own communities and homes is good entertainment.

I know someone that was moaning to me about how she was having to sell everything she owned to live and have her carers come in that she has to pay for privately because there arent any in the area and pay local tradesmen to change a light bulb. I suggested that she used her 2 spare bedrooms to house two illegals and if she asked nicely im sure they would send her a doctor to tend to her medical needs and an engineer to keep the house functioning and she would be paid helping ease the financial burden. She wasnt impressed to say the least.

Socialism is a an ideology based on providing false solutions to the demands of over population v resources.Its definition of ‘population’ isn’t limited to or by national borders.
A Socialist’s idea of utopia is a land covered in high density housing to accommodate as large a dependent population as possible.
In which demand for resources is maintained at a higher level than supply to maintain the dependence on Socialism.
‘Resources’ includes food supply.
If they can cover more food production in houses etc while also increasing population levels by importing people, they see that as a win win in the dependence stakes.
You need to have been a reformed one of these Bolsheviks to understand them.

We are currentlly going through a similar situation with my 93 yr old Mam.
She is getting a bit too much for my Dad to manage, and he gets zero help off the govt.
He has worked all his life including serving his country in the Navy and never claimed back a penny off all the taxes and contributions he has made.
Seems all the money is better spent catering for young men who should not be here, contributed nothing, and here under false pretences to boot.

the one that i was referring to actually laughed out loud that conservatives had lost more seats than labour until i pointed out that at the time as a percentage of seats previously held to lost labour had lost more i thought she was going to throw her laptop across the room. her excuse for the 65% of seats they lost was that the government in charge always loses council election… (didnt starmer come out with that one as well) she refused to talk to me when i pointed out that most of the seats the conservatives lost were held through out the conservative government.
In an article a few months ago, an article in MSM highlighted the fact that nursing and care homes can not get staff locally to do the job so are reliant on employment agencies that supply workers from Zimbabwe and Nigeria who can bring members of their family with them to the UK.
The care and nursing homes have a problem getting unemployed claimants to do the job.
In one county the agency lost the contract for several homes due to the lack of verbal and written English language skills that led to serious mistakes in the care of patients.
This country is well and truly screwed and sinking faster than the Titanic.
The people that were arrested for rioting one day were in prison the next day, fast tracked emergency justice to make good optics for the government.
What they failed to mention is they should have had a pre sentence report or PSR that normally takes a few months for the probation service to write a fully scrutinised report for the defendant.
There was not enough time for a PSR.
The PSR is required by the judge so he or she can calculate the sentence using mitigation, culpability, the risk or dangerousness to the general public, the possibility of reoffending if not sent to prison, the risk of reoffending if sent to prison and not responding to rehabilitation in the prison system,and the aggravating circumstances and factors.
The potential to be rehabilitated if on licence to have a home curfew wearing a GPS monitored ankle tag.

there is a couple of local care homes that have been closed down recently near me because of similar issues.
no they dont want to employ indigenous people because they can employ others at 10% less than the going rate. so any excuse why a indigenous person isnt employable for the role is used.

The MSM also failed to inform the nation that local and national television crews that were sent to film the riots that occurred all over the country, only concentrated solely on the protesters that were truly angry about unfettered and out of control illegal migration using dinghies and did not film other sectors of the local communities that were also genuinely concerned about the state of the country and what the government was going to do about a massive problem, this sector included normal everyday people with their families and people of all ages.
This sector was herded away by the police in to exclusion zones or holding areas as the government didn’t want the population to see genuine people who were right to attend a protest to voice their concerns on uncontrolled illegal migration by the invasion of dinghies.
You have hit the nail on the head, the government were absolutely petrified of a national revolt because if millions of people all stood up together at the same time they knew full well they could not arrest and detain millions of people at the same time so decided to cancel them instead or make them vanish to the similarity of the George Orwell book 1984 with the Thought Police who made anyone standing up against the dystopian and authoritarian regime would be made to vanish or be cancelled.
Hence the emergency powers of instant prison.
Bearing in mind before the pandemic arrived on our shores, the crown court backlog was about 55,000 court cases.
This was due to previous government’s selling off court estate and property, and reduced the working time of crown court judges.
They didn’t invest in up to date technology and IT systems and infrastructure causing multiple cases to be adjourned and delayed.
Post pandemic the backlog increased to 95,000 cases and 389,000 cases for the magistrate courts.
The junior barrister’s strike increased the backlogs.
Note in the pandemic with the daily and instant law changes made overnight, if you and me wanted a new law to be passed it would take decades of campaigning and a petition of 100,000 people to make it be discussed in parliament.
It would then be turned down multiple times for the expense of millions to get the decision overturned in multiple appeals at the highest courts in the country.
