Nothing against Willoughby …or any Trans person at all,.they are entitled to live their lives as they want,.and rightly so…live and let live I say.
But you can not ignore scientific fact there are only 2 genders biologically, if you start contradicting that in order to achieve an agenda, problems start.
Well, not all trans people are left-wing by any stretch of the imagination. Most people advocating for them are, on the other hand; so let’s put that to one side for a moment.
Many trans-females don’t regard themselves as biological women at all. For those, this ruling simply encodes the bleedin’ obvious in law. But even for gender-critical science-based trans-girls, there remains now the question of what society is going to do about accommodating this potentially vulnerable demographic.
There is much discussion everywhere now about sports, prisons, refuges, changing rooms and all the obvious areas where safeguarding should be in place.
But as I see it, the actual daily routine problem could be boring old toilets. Trans-girls in the ladies loos has never been a real problem because they have closed cubicles, so why would it be? Elderly trans people, especially, have toilet needs that must be met. At 73, leaving a theatre at kicking out time and being faced with the choice using a male or female public convenience you’d go for the safest choice.
On BBC Radio Four PM programme this afternoon, top lawyers made it abundantly clear that this new ruling means that any pub, school, works or authority CAN enforce strict women’s toilets; but that it doesn’t HAVE to. In other words, your local can decide to have women & trans toilets alongside their gents. Or just have unisex loos. By law.
One of the fall-outs from this ruling could actually mean that the country goes unisex toilets almost over night, because it would be the most cost-effective (but this government is already seeking to outlaw that idea - Government to lay new law to halt the march of gender-neutral toilets in buildings - GOV.UK. That would be the end of Ladies or Gents loos. But don’t let’s jump the gun on that one!
Let’s be calm and see how it all pans out.

From what I hear Starner sacked one of his MPs for saying that ‘‘A wonan is a human who has a uterus’’ 100% biologically accurate, but not condusive with the attitudes and naratives of these deluded clowns.
So despite maybe some possible discomfort (for want of a better word) to actual trans people, the court ruling was spot on I would say.
However I do feel quite sorry for those who may feel isolated maybe even ‘persecuted’ as a result of this action when it comes to things like toilet use.
But if these pricks had kept their snouts out,… were things not running smoothly in that dept?
I think the catalyst for all this stuff was trans women in sport…the famous olymic boxer incident for instance,.and men playing in wimen s football teams with an unfair gross advantage in physicality.and ability.
if they dont see themselves as biological men or women why do they want to have sex changes? there is a petition at the moment so they can have them on the nhs for free. Dont worry if you were bullied all your teenage years and have body dismorphia because of it you have to spend 4k+ on breast enlargements for example. but decide someone with 8+ years of medical training common sense 5,000 years of tradition etc etc etc is wrong and we will hack your body up for free. I know a guy that was a hermaphrodite he had to wait till he was 16 to have his breasts removed.
The issue is womens safety both adult and child. if any man can say i identify as a woman therefore i can go into the lady’s all sorts of things could happen. There are plenty of pubs and clubs etc that cater for those that wish to act like that. Just apply the same level of common and safety as the rest of us do.

i seriously hope labour dont start this crap like they did with their own toilets. It will kill off pubs quicker than the smoking ban. As i said above there are pubs and clubs for those that choose to act like that. The traditional pub doesnt need to change to cater for them because they dont use the traditional pubs or if they do it isnt an issue. So the truly vulnerable will be forced out of the pubs and clubs they frequent because they cant have the basic human right of going to the toilet safely.

They are often the ones who don’t see surgery or endocrinal medication as necessary.
Also, there are those who do get surgery but still recognise themselves as having been born biological male.
But they don’t. To date no one can find any recorded case of this happening. The reason is obvious: if you wanted to assault someone in a toilet you’d just go in and do it as a bloke. You’re never going to impress or turn on your victim by spending thousands of pounds dressing and living as a woman in order to commit your crime. It’s a ludicrous idea.
