Pay attention at the back!

Just seen this on twitter.

Nothing the lorry driver could do.

Kind of him to help with the off road parking lol

Just shame he didn’t live in that particular garden

I bet that car driver wished he’s stuck to running square into the back of the other car rather than trying to swerve round it into the path of an oncoming lorry :open_mouth:

Good that no-one was seriously hurt though

Car driver nailed the blindside reverse :grimacing:

Wonder what the response from Albion will be :stuck_out_tongue:

Disagree :smiling_imp: As soon as I saw that minibus I KNEW there would be a vehicle approaching it and would brake accordingly. I also ‘suspected’ there may be a tailgater going a little too fast for the road and in my experienced lgv jobby I would have instinctively braked harshly as a precaution to allow the car to cut in front of me. My load of coke would be securely strapped so nothing to report

Another bad example of lorry driving

You will be despised forever for that last sentence.

Not as much as you are though.

No I realise I am number one for that and am proud of it. Some don’t like hearing the truth though and they get offended very easily.

Got any decent jokes for once?

Yep. Did you hear about the advanced tactical pursuit police driver trainer who chaired the local scrabble club meeting?

He had a night out on the tiles.

Coat for Mr. Beaver…

One for you… Definition of an Eager Beaver…

An eager beaver is a small furry creature that sits on your face and eats your tongue.

I’ve had my fair share of fur sit on my face, but none ever ate my tongue… :unamused:

You were expecting something bad to happen within the short clip timespan, but if you were actually driving the wagon at the time you wouldn’t be so ready to ‘brake harshly’ imo.

Approaching that bend, with oncoming traffic on a narrow road, I certainly would have taking my foot of the loud pedal…

Difficult to be critical on this one but I will give it a go … I’m making it 6 seconds for the 13 lines up to the 40 sign, lets give the benefit of the doubt and say the lines are set at the old 9 yard centres, so that would suggest an average speed of very close to 40mph for the 117 yards before entering the 40 zone, and as he was undoubtedly slowing lets give him a speed of 35 as he entered the 40!. So certainly looks very legal speed wise, but should a maximum sized vehicle be travelling at the near the maximum speed limit on such a small congested road with houses and cars parked on the carriageway?

clearly the car driver is 100% to blame, but the very best of drivers can sometimes allow for the mistakes of others.
