Hi Dean,
As Pete Windrush has said ithis one of Glynweds Strato’s, they had the foundry just off junction 6 of the M54 at Ketley so he has not got far to go!
Thanks for confirming Pete.

There was an Edmunds Transport from Norfolk / Linconlshire way- but I’m not sure if the Daf would be one of theirs.
They were white with light green & red stripes, and we’re still running B Series ERF’s into the late 90’s on fridge work.
They were bought by Fullers of Slough somewhere round about 2000 ish.

Hello DEAN ,thank you for the Nuiman Zeetank pictures ,think all the Scanias have now gone and just Mercs ,they also have a depot in Hull ,Trevor
Trevor from what Graham Edge was saying about the Mercs they had at Turners they may regret getting rid of the Scania’s.

I would imagine this F7 was operated by an owner driver as it looks like an ex Malcolm motor. Well loaded with a load
of Purbeck stone destined for the new Holes Bay road in Poole that was being built when these pics were taken in 1985/86.
Nice photos Dean thanks.
I used to see Towmaster ERFs every night when on trunk on A1,they had a depot at Denaby near Doncaster and belonged to the Bell’s Whisky Group I believe. I was told their night trunk was Denaby - Newton Aycliffe - Newport Pagnell - Denaby so they didn’t hang around.
